Our herd of mostly Oberhasli goats numbers around 50, with several retirees replaced by young, fresh producers yearly. Licensed as a Farmstead Cheese Maker by the state of North Carolina in June of 2004, our cheese-making operation, SleepyGoat Cheese, produces several kinds of cheese, fresh and aged, pasteurized and raw. |

The farm is open to visitors on the 2nd Sunday of each month, between May and August, from 2-5 PM. SleepyGoat Cheeses may be purchased at local markets.
